DIRECT TO CONSUMER

To launch the LifeLabs Design brand our business model was focused on a Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce experience to tell the brand story and drive revenue from direct sales. This required building a Shopify backend, connecting to our ERP through BrightPearl for financial, transaction, inventory management and shipping holistic dashboards for business management as well as building out a variety of add-on tools for effective customer management, returns, overseas shipping, analytics, etc. In addition, knowledge of building a performance marketing strategy that could drive site visitation, create conversion to sale and ultimately deliver a revenue stream of $1M in year one was the priority. Effective channel management knowledge and optimization utilizing email streams, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing and influencer initiatives consistently drive a 1.6% conversion 1:1 Return on ad Sales and delivered 45,000 brand subscriptions to date.

Creating a UX that addressed the evolving customer shopping, purchase and ownership experience for the future was the mission. Building the vision and adapting to global platforms, identified pain points in the customer journey and data sharing agreements with U.S. Dealer partners were just a few of the challenges. Today, we’re delivering a progressive retail experience that includes customer enablement of the pricing experience, top feature functionality in the MyAudi owner app and a state of the art website and reservation platform experience. Digital tools play a role in the servicing of Audi vehicles, delivery and the ownership experience to save time for the customer and make their brand engagement simple.
