#DRIVEPROGRESS
As a progressive brand, Audi needed to commitment to starting conversations on important topics and #DriveProgress has been centered around growing the conversation to have more Women in the Business world. The important work starts by living it internally so at Audi I led the company’s commitment to gender equality commitments starting with a pay equity assessment followed by a commitment to the White House Equal Pay pledge. Aligned with diversity hiring slates and a diversity commitments in the company Graduate Analyst program, I built marketing initiatives with two-female race drivers in our Customer Racing program, a 2-year Female Director Grant with the American Film Institute (AFI), partnership with the Forbes Women’s Business Summit and the James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Program (WEP).
AUDI + AFI
Inspired by a commitment to #DriveProgress, Audi joined forces with AFI to expand the alliance by creating the Audi Fellowship for Women, which supports one female director for her two-year AFI Conservatory enrollment.
To drive this message, Audi created a compelling installation to honor over 200 female filmmakers. Guests of AFI FEST, as well as those visiting Hollywood Boulevard, saw the projected #DriveProgress installation honoring the female filmmakers part of the festival’s lineup and of the AFI Conservatory, lighting up the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt hotel.
